Update not works

    Hello,
    when i run update on mixidas ds 708 show this messagge "can't connect to the server. Please check the internet connection", but the internet explorer is works.
    I donwload the maxidas pc suite, i insert the sd card into pc and when i upgrade the software show same message "can't connect to the server. Please check the internet connection".
    The subscription is not expired. sn maxidas DS024Q009898.

    where I'm wrong?

     I'm having the same problem on PCSuite. Can't Connect to server.

    Serial number: DS011Q003580, subscription is OK too.

    OS: Windows 10; Antivirus: KIS2016 (no matter if protection is enabled or disabled, PCSuite can't connect to server.)

    SD is damaged, so I need to install license file on a brand new SD.

    Scanner can't boot up without a valid SD so I can't check for updates on it right now. Last updated was done OK a couple weeks ago on scanner, prior to SD fail.

     Hi, according to our server, the update service for DS011Q003580 expired on 2015-11-22 already. Download access is closed now. There is no way to download software unless purchasing another yearly update.

     Hi, would you please try a second internet network/locaton to download software? If the same issues persist, please send us screenshots about the error messages and send your Autel ID and password to support@autel.com. We will check and confirm what is wrong.
